I loved my last session. Let me explain…
I love color. I love texture, I love urban looks. This session captured all of those things.
But more than those things, I love the family I worked with. They are awesome. And, I got to celebrate this young lady’s 7th birthday with her. How lucky is that? She is a great big sister. She loves her brother like there is no tomorrow. I can just tell by the way she looks at him, how she talks to him, how she hugs him. Her brother is awesome, too. I can tell how much he loves his sister; again, how he looks at her, laughs when she plays with him, etc.
When you look at the following series, you see a brother and sister who play, laugh, tickle, love, and hug. I don’t see Autism, do you?. I am sure you know someone with an Autism label. Let these photos remind you that kids and adults with Autism love and they love to be played with, they love to be loved. You may not think that your interactions matter, but they do. So please, love and care for your friends with Autism the same way you treat your friends without a label, it will make a difference.
And a family session would not be complete without a family photo. Love, love, love them.
